Creative and healthy recipes for ALL.
This cookbook is awesome. It not only has substitutions for animal products including dairy, eggs, and meat, it also has healthy ways to substitute various "not-too-healthy" cooking ingredients such as white and brown granulated sugars, simple flours (white, wheat), salt, etc.
Cool and inventive recipes, some incredibly simple, some fairly complex, but all prove to be interesting, learning experiences.
